In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product, returns can be accepted within 7 days of your contract with us or the receipt of the goods (whichever is longest).
All returns made under The Consumer Contracts Regulations are to be arranged by and paid (non refundable) for by the customer. Returns may be subject to a 10% handling fee.
Upon order cancellation, payment will be returned and ordered items need to be returned to Container Safe Ltd. The returned items will be your responsibility until received by Container Safe Ltd.
When these items are received, we will check them and issue a refund if desired (as opposed to issuing replacement products).
If the items do not have identifiable faults, the customer will be responsible for the returning of goods. Postal charges for returned, non faulty goods will not be refunded. A refund will only be given for the invoice amount, minus the cost of delivery.
